A man discovers his wife’s lifeless body at home. Despite his frantic efforts and those of emergency services, she cannot be revived. The detectives called in to investigate her death find the scene an enigma: a break-in, a victim with no apparent cause of death, and a chilling lack of evidence of a culprit, which all lead the detectives down a dwindling list of suspects.
